For complaints/grievances/appeals, please include detailed information to allow for appropriate review and follow-up by our team.

Client Grievance

If you are a client or family member with a concern about services, treatment, or your experience, you have the right to share that concern without fear of retaliation. All grievances are reviewed carefully and handled with confidentiality and fairness.

Personnel Grievance

If you are a staff member or contractor with a concern related to workplace practices, conduct, or conditions, you are encouraged to report it through the appropriate grievance process. All report are reviewed in accordance with applicable policies and standards.

Corporate Compliance

If you are aware of potential compliance concerns, unethical behavior, or violations of policy or regulatory standards, you may report them through our corporate compliance reporting process. Reports are reviewed in alignment with organizational and accreditation requirements.
